A 20-year-old girl, from North Carolina, met a guy on MySpace. She bought a bus ticket and traveled from her home town to Ohio, where she met up with the guy. Two weeks later she was found dead.
She told her friends and family that the guy she met up with wasn't as he appeared online and all he wanted to do was hang out with his friends.
Upset, the young girl called her mom for a wire money transfer so she could buy a bus ticket home. She received the money but never made it back home.
Weeks later the police found her dead body in Ohio.
