
If your thermometer temperature is off the charts then you should try these fever home remedies.
You should have a temperature between 97 degrees and 99 degrees. Anything higher than that is a fever. If your fever is 102 degrees or higher, you should skip trying to cure it naturally and go see a doctor quickly.
You can immerse your body in cool water to help bring down the fever quickly, especially if it is getting up to around 102 or 103 degrees.
Drink some herbal teas, such as white willow and feverfew. Also, drink some lemon juice which contains many helpful vitamins.
Take a multi-vitamin and an additional vitamin C tablet. Vitamin C can be very helpful in getting over a fever and cold.
If you are cold, cover yourself up until you become warm. Alternatively, if you are too hot then remove layers.
Put an ice pack or cool wash cloth on your forehead. This can help cool your body down and reduce your fever naturally.
To cure a fever, you must rest and relax.
See a doctor if your fever doesn’t go away or if it reaches 102 degrees or higher.
