Easily make slime with this recipe to entertain your children for hours. Just follow these simple steps to have slime in no time!

Gather your ingredients: you will need food coloring, 4 ounces of Elmer’s white glue, water, and borax powder.

Pour 4 ounces of glue into a jar and add ½ cup of water. Stir this mixture together and add your desired choice of food coloring.

In a separate bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of borax powder and one cup of water.

Slowly stir your glue mixture into the bowl of water/borax powder. Slime should form. Don’t worry about excess water in the bowl.

Remove the formed slime and knead it with your hands until it feels dry. The more you touch the slime, the firmer it will get. Once it is firm enough, enjoy!

Always store your slime in a zip lock bag!

Dry slime can be cleaned by soaking it with water.

Don’t eat slime! It’s not really toxic but it is not good for you either.
