K. Anders Ericsson has compiled 25 years of studies to determine what it takes to become the elite at anything. Results show that if any person performs 10,000 hours of deliberate practice for any given task, they will be one of the best at it.
As stated by Yahoo News, great golfers have more gray matter in their brains. Gray matter is directly involved with muscle control. The more you practice, the more you increase your gray matter, and ultimately, the lower your handicap gets.
These studies prove the classic saying, “practice makes perfect.” The younger a person starts practicing the better off they will be and the more gray matter they will have.
This shows that people should stop thinking that people are born with natural talent and realize that leaders are not born, they are made!
